+Synan and Zoe are back in the Book Temple.

+"Synan! I saw Syrus!" Zoe says to Synan.
+
+"What did he want?"
+
+"He said he wanted to pulverize you!"
+
+"Crap!" Synan responds, "so does he have the book now? The book to teleport here?"
+
+"No," Zoe says, "I let it fall into the lava."
+
+Sarah stands up from her desk. "You better not have!"
+
+"Oops?" squeaks Zoe.
+
+"Oops is right!" Sarah scolds her, "I spent a long time on that book. It takes forever to get the things to work!"

+"We'll repair it."
+
+"Zoe, come on!" Synan says, already at the door of the temple, "let's get that Ice Key back to Prisem!"

+"Okay, I'll catch up!" Zoe responds. Synan runs out of the building.

+Zoe hears a faint _pop_ noise behind her. Syrus has appeared.

+"Zoe, where is Synan now?" Syrus asks, startling her. Without turning to look, Zoe gives Sarah a signal a signal to look behind her towards a shelf full of purple leather books. Sarah takes one of the books and hands it to Zoe. This one reads, "Monster Village" across its cover.

+"He went into this book!" Zoe says as she turns around and hands Syrus the book.

+"Monster village? He's cheating! He went there to capture more monsters than me!"

+Syrus grabs the book from Zoe's hands, opens it, apparently freezes as his gaze is locked into the book, and _pop!_, and Zoe catches the book as it falls.

+"Sarah," Zoe turns and asks, "where did that book go, anyway?"

+"To the entrance of the island," Sarah replies with a smirk. "It was a trick."

+"Oh."

+"Now," Sarah says, "I need to get that book back that you _almost_ dropped in the lava. Your charming friend there clearly saved the book and followed you. I shall be gone a few days."

+"So I'm gonna have you leave," Sarah finishes, as she ushers Zoe out from the book temple. Large, metal barred gates close behind her. Sarah walks back to her bookshelf to return the 'Monster Village' book, and pulls out the book to Monk Garden, sits at her desk, opens it and is gone. Zoe runs ahead to catch up with Synan as they venture back towards the blue rocks where they met Prisem.

+When they arrive, Zoe walks up to the blue door and unlocks it using the Ice Key they got from the garden. As she pushes the door open, the Prisem they met before appears, having been away when the two first arrived.

+The inside of this blue cave is covered with diamond-shaped monsters. They are like glass, and full of small eyeballs. Along with the blue rocky exterior of this cave, the whole thing resembles a large geode with crystals inside, only these crystals are all alive.

+"What are they?" Zoe asks Prisem.

+"Those are called Crystal."

+"Cool!" Synan yells before throwing an Ideya marble at one of them and capturing it. "Now I surely have more monsters than Syrus!"

+Synan and Zoe walk deeper into the cave and down a slope into a deeper part underground. They get into a small clearing with three exits: the way back to Crystal Cave, one straight ahead and the tunnel to the right has a red glow in the distance.

+A voice comes from behind them. It's James.

+"You violated the rules of the book temple," he says.

+"Oh well!" Synan says, nonchilantly.

+"And so now you are going to pay," James threatens.

+"Not this time!" Zoe shouts as she releases Clawz from its marble, and Synan releases his Monk and Crystal.

+James and the three monsters engage in a fight. Monk and Clawz use Crystal as a shield when James does missile attacks. Clawz uses Fireball as his missile attack, and Monk only does melee attacks. Soon, James loses the battle.

+"Yes!!" Zoe yells.

+The three monsters grow in experience from defeating a _mega-monster_ such as James.

+Prisem soon arrives. "Thank you for getting me the key. I'd like to join your team."

+"You get this one, Zoe," Synan says.

+"Okay," Zoe says. To the Prisem, "You're on the team from now on!"

+"Cool! I like you!" the Prisem responds.

+Synan asks the Prisem, "do you know your way around here?"
+
+"Yes," Prisem responds, "the north passage leads to the basement of the Book Temple, the right of that goes to Emerald's Crater in the volcano."

+"Let's go to the crater," Synan says, "we may get even more monsters there!"
