Add an option to chat worded like:

Check this box if you prefer not to see explicit content in webcams

It could appear on the "Broadcast my webcam" modal (right after the "Check this box if your webcam will definitely be Explicit." setting), and on the Chat Settings "Webcam" tab.

When enabled it would do two things:

When the "auto-open my viewer's cam" setting is enabled, it would skip opening their cam if theirs is marked as Explicit
When you are already watching a blue camera and it becomes explicit, to auto-close the camera.

The user would still have the option to manually & deliberately open a red cam from the Who's Online list, but this option would prevent red cams auto-opening on their screen, and close blue cams that have turned red.
