A fun idea: have emoji reactions on webcams.

How the UI might look (to minimize clutter/maximize utility):

Have an emoji button with a dropdown arrow.
Clicking on the arrow could drop down a list of emojis (hearts, fire emojis, etc)
Clicking an emoji from the dropdown sends that reaction, and the dropdown closes.
The last selected emoji is shown on the button from then on.
Clicking the button (not the arrow) re-sends that emoji reaction.

In response to the emoji reactions, they could be animated on users' web browsers over or near the webcam video that the reaction applied to (if the user has that camera open).

It could be fun to see a spam storm of emojis with people clicking the buttons, but animate them in a way as to not cover up too much of the action being reacted upon.
