Update default level palettes for new pixel attributes
* Default palette: adds "semisolid" * Colored Pencil: adds "planks" (semisolid) and "ice" (slippery) * Neon Bright: make "electric" semisolid and add "ice blue" * Blueprint: make "electric" semisolid and add "ice" (slippery)
