Window Focus Bugfixes

* Fix the Doodad Dropper and Registration windows not stealing the focus
  when they are opened via menu bars.
* Bugfixes in gamepad support: stop at the first controller found,
  Draw() to handle controllers going away and hide the mouse cursor
