Re-save levels for UUID assignment + rename Levelpacks
...
With level UUIDs the savegame.json is not dependent on levelpack names.
But, levelpack filenames are still used for sorting on the front-end UI.

Move the invisible warp door further from the corner so player can't
climb in, get constant Y velocity and activate the door.

* Adds Invisible Warp Door graphic to region doodads.xcf
* Desert-2of2 places it where the player gets stuck, so they can press
Space to get out of it w/o the ghost mode cheat code
